Delivery information

We currently ship items throughout the United Kingdom.

Options available: –

Depending on location, we may be able to arrange a local van delivery. However, it may also be possible to obtain your order from a local stockist.

We can also arrange a courier to deliver your order. Should you wish to collect your order, this could also be arranged.

Delivery charges may also vary due to volumetric weight of your order. As some items can be bulky.

If an item is out of stock is unavailable for any reason, we will advise a date when the product will be shipped. We do not deliver any orders which are not complete without instruction from the customer. Please allow up to seven to ten working days for your order.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding any Bank or National Holidays. If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, a further two attempts will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point the Goods will be returned to PixLumLED.

Please note you are required to examine your goods at the point of delivery and sign ‘received in good condition’. If the package is damaged please sign the delivery paperwork ‘accepted package damaged’ or if you wish, refuse the delivery. Please always check your goods on delivery or if not given time, please sign for as unexamined. However, if you have signed in good condition, we will subsequently not refund or pay for the collection of goods.

If you require re-delivery, PixLumLED reserve the right to charge additional shipping charges. Should you wish to cancel the order at this point, PixLumLED reserve the right to deduct from any refund the costs of the initial delivery charge plus extraneous costs incurred in a result of the goods being returned to PixLumLED.
